But even with all of the growth, we aren’t forgetting about the people who already call this area home — this beautiful part of the state where it’s not too ‘big-city’ nor is it too remote… it’s just right. And the locals want to play hard and eat and drink really well locally… without the drive, without the parking headaches, without the big-city prices, and without the stress.

With over 30 years in the restaurant business, you might say that Sean Quinn knows a little about the “industry.” But it’s not the industry that gets Sean up very early and then to bed way too late.

And now The Iron Duck — yet another space to enjoy the food, beer, wine, and spirits you thought could only be found in the big cities. An environment to relax and enjoy your time with friends and family at a pace that fits your own lifestyle, not that of a parking meter.

Sean has been a Snoqualmie Valley resident for years and adding The Iron Duck is yet another scene from his vivid dream of keeping things live and local by providing excellent food, amazing beer, authentic cocktails, the finest whiskey, and a relationship-driven atmosphere where you’ll want to return again and again.

The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted our lives in unprecedented ways. My heart goes out to everyone affected by this virus, both directly and indirectly.

During this time, I would like to thank everyone that has continued to support my restaurants.

In an ongoing effort to create jobs for as many of my crew as possible, we are continuing to offer our menus for to-go. Please understand that we are attempting serve the best product that we can in these tough times. Our to-go menus will need to be scaled back at all three restaurants to insure we manage our product the best we can for your expectations. While we would like to serve everything on the menus we just cannot afford that luxury at this time. But what are serving will be the best that we can offer under the conditions we have been put in.

I encourage everyone that is willing to order to-go food from one of the restaurants to do so by calling in and place your requests the day of. Please be patience with the process. We are going to do our best to accommodate everyone in a timely manner while continuing to provide the highest quality standards that our guests and ourselves expect.

This is an ongoing, fluid situation. Menus and hours of operations will change. Please keep up with these changes on our Facebook and Instagram pages. This seems to be the best way to convey our updates to our valued guests.

Here is a list of where we are at now and goals going forward during this shutdown at all three restaurants.

The Flat Iron Grill: We plan on being open for take-out Family dinner meals and bottles of wine only. These meals will feed a family of 4.   Thursday thru Sunday only.  Orders can be placed 4pm-7:30pm. Do not forget our Turkey boxes this Thankhanksgiving!!
